Finally Friday and a Freebie

Yay it's Friday!!! Music today was pretty good, but had a tough class. I also helped some teachers after school who used the music room to learn some Mexican dances and had no idea how to use the equipment. I do admit, looking at the music teacher's equipment can be terrifying. But I've subbed for her many times and it doesn't scare me anymore lol. She's got a sound system box, and a then a cassette/recording system on top of that, then a dvd/vcr on top of that, and finally a cd player on top of that. So it's a huge tower of 4 big systems. All connected to each other and the overhead projector.

Then I went to the store and saw a teacher from the same school and a student from another who screamed out "Ms. T!!!!" and then turned to her mom and said, "I know that lady. I know her. She's a teacher!" Oh the joys of living in a small town lol.

I was very pink yesterday but forgot to post the pic. I have a thing about earrings. As in, I adore them lol. I'm wearing chandelier ones. Pink scarf, had a pink shirt, pink Iphone case and pink crackle nails. You paint whatever color for the bottom layer and then buy a crackle paint, in this case it's pink, and paint on top and it crackles! Kind of like whitewashing wood. So cool! The kids all knew what it was and so I was considered a styling teacher yesterday!

Jealous of my parents who took the train up to Seattle for the weekend! They go with some of our camping buddies this time of year every year. But they are hoteling it, not camping lol. Two of our friends celebrate their birthdays this weekend too.

Okey dokey, I think that's it. I'm thinking about all the things I want to cook this weekend! Faux fried onion rings by Hungry Girl (they're yummy! And they're actually called Lord of the Onion Rings). Taco soup may be appearing or some sort of crustless spinach and feta pie. We'll see!  I have some new units brewing in my brain that I can't wait to get started on, so be on the look out in the next few weeks for those.  Happy Friday!
